Return Process

  Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return or exchange.

  Contact Customer Support

  If you are still unsatisfied after the trial period, contact our support team with your original order number and receipt to start your claim.

  Inspection and Approval

  Our team will verify that the mattress is in sanitary condition and free of stains or damage, as required by state law and our health safety protocols.

• 4.
  Schedule Pickup or Exchange

  Once approved, we will coordinate a time to pick up your original mattress and deliver your new selection for a nominal processing and delivery fee.
